Inserts secures your camera with zipper. the insert is made from water resistant canvas and the padding made from thick (1 cm - 1/2'' ) closed cell foam for best protection. 
 
Inside holds to compartments for lenses and main compartment for DSLR camera. smaller slot for eg phone. 
 
Insert holds Camera with lens and two extra lenses ++.
 
Inserts are easy to change bags, just remove it, full loaded, from one bag to another one.
